SHIPPING POLICIES

RETURNS POLICY
I do not require a minimum to order.

I gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discovery.

I accept personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. Personal checks must clear prior to shipping.

Discounts offered on sets of 6 or more will be applied when I receive the order in the studio. I will contact you of the exact amount prior to shipping.

I can custom order just about anything that is NOT wood fired. Please call or email to discuss options.

Items on this website usually will ship within 24 hours. Out of stock items may be back ordered. Please allow 2-3 weeks for back ordered items to ship.

Wood fired pieces are unique and wood firing occurs irregularly. I do not custom or back order wood fired work.
I ship at actual cost, the most economical and safe way: UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail. Shipping includes handling & insurance fees. Credit cards are processed in the studio-gallery and will reflect actual shipping costs.

You will receive an email confirming shipment & including a tracking number when applicable.

Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico ships via UPS or USPS Priority Mail only.

I use recycled materials whenever possible to help keep your shipping costs down.

I will call to confirm shipping & handling charges for large orders &/or large pieces.

Please call or email me with any shipping concerns or requests. I'll do my best to accomodate your needs and wishes.

 		Notify us immediately if your order is damaged during shipping. Keep all packaging materials. Shippers will not pay out insurance without it.

Contact me immediately if you have concerns, questions, or are dissatisfied with the item/s you receive.

I don't issue credit card credits or refunds, but I promise to do my very best toward a satisfactory alternative, either by offering an exchange or store credit.



DIRECTIONS MAP
If you are coming from Taos, take Paseo del Pueblo Norte (the main drag) to El Prado. Cross the intersection with 64. Paseo del Pueblo Norte becomes HWY 522 on the other side of the intersection. The Village of Questa is 25 miles north of El Prado. Taos Pottery is on the left side of HWY 522, 1/2 mile from the welcome sign.

If you are coming from the Taos Ski Valley on 64, turn right at the intersection with Highway 522 in El Prado ("the old blinking light"). Take HWY 522 all the way to Questa. Taos Pottery is on the left side of HWY 522, 1/2 mile from the welcome sign.

If you are coming from the Gorge Bridge on 64, turn left at the intersection with Highway 522 in El Prado. Take HWY 522 all the way to Questa. Taos Pottery is on the left side of HWY 522, 1/2 mile from the welcome sign.

If you are coming from Colorado, the Village of Questa is 20 miles south of the state line. TAOS POTTERY will be on the right 1/2 mile south of the main intersection in the Village of Questa (junction with HWY 38).

If you are coming from Red River, turn left at the light in the Village of Questa and go 1/2 mile. TAOS POTTERY will be on the right.
